Yesterday we said goodbye to our witches, spookies, and Burt the 7 foot tall cemetery statue. Today we say hello to CHRISTMAS! Just kidding. I won’t start working on decorating for Christmas until at least next week.
Right now I am packing up and organizing our Halloween decor. I like to try to be as organized as possible when I am packing up and putting away decorations. I use big tote bins to store everything and if I can I try to keep everything from one room together. This year I made some labels for our decor bins to make them easier to identify when my husband is hauling them down from the attic next year. You can download the labels for free at the bottom of the page!
I also decided this year since I was taking photos of everything we set up that I would finally make a document to keep track of what I already have and where it goes. This way I don’t buy the same pumpkins that I forgot I already own. (This has happened way more times than I would like to admit.) There is space for notes and any ideas or pieces that I might like to add for next year.
If you’re like me and struggle with getting so excited for new seasonal decor that you give yourself hives and maybe blackout a little only to come to in the parking lot with a cart full of pumpkins, you may benefit from using this too! You can download the pdf below!
